I had a chance to tour the Silesia US office in the suburbs of Chicago. It was an amazing lab facility focused on helping beverage operators make a high quality product. I was impressed with the passion of the team at Silesia. They talked about helping different breweries, distilleries and other beverage producers make new flavors and liquids for the industry. Many times this was a first time for a producer and they worked together on the process to make sure it was a high quality product.
